Cafe Pesto’s is Hilo’s go-to Italian restaurant. The minute we enter, we are in love with the smell of fresh bread, cheese and garlic. The cafe has excellent pizza with a thin crispy crust, great salads with unique dressings and pesto, great fish specials like half moon shrimp nachos, and pastas.
